My students are in Kindergarten. They are brilliant and dynamic. They love books, science, math, reading, and using their imaginations. They are wonderful, caring, empathetic young people. I am privileged to teach Kindergarten in a rural public school serving 500 students. Because our school is in a community with a growing socioeconomic divide between the poor and wealthy, I strive daily to provide an equitable experience to all students.
