Students learn best when we incorporate our senses into our daily classroom lessons. Singing a song to learn counting by 5s, using scented Playdoh to form numbers, and there are endless uses for linking cubes.
Presenting lessons with interactive linking blocks can provide a visual for our students to learn counting, place values, addition, subtraction, etc. The opportunities are endless.
We also never know when we will run out of copy paper or even have a working copier. Alternative means to model lessons and for students to prove their learning will be made easier by using the write and erase pockets.
