The materials I am asking for will make a difference in our class. Nowadays math is very hands-on and students get to practice many of the problems on the whiteboards. Our problem is I do not have proper whiteboards for them! We are making it work with sheet protectors, but they get lost, students have a hard time finding them and I believe they will benefit from having proper whiteboards since it is a resource we use daily. The easel is so needed, too. We create poster boards every week to write vocabulary, share ideas, present content and I am running out of space to hang them. The easel will be the perfect place to have these posters perfectly organized. The magnets would also be so useful to hang students' work in the room. This is so important since I want them to be proud of their work and show off their hard work. I believe the donations to this project will help my students by providing them with needed supplies that will make learning easier, smoother, and more efficient.
