For instance, if a child reads a book about a child that worries, and the child in the story learns to manage their emotions, it may also help the reader understand why they might be feeling that way and they can then explore positive ways to deal with those feelings.
The characters in the books and the situations they encounter, will help readers realize they are not alone and that it is normal to experience different emotions.
