Creating life-long learners is more than giving students a lab and expecting wonderful things without any background knowledge. Reality is that students today need more, much more!
They need activities to be engaging and hands-on. The more students can dig deeper into an experiment, then more engaged they become, the more they understand the concepts of learning. They ask questions that lead to critical thinking. They become better students, scientists, and life-long learners.
Please help my Title 1 students learn to the best of their ability. Show them that good things can happen to all, not just the entitled. Thanks!
