I am taking on a new classroom this year! I am teaching a self-contained, low-incidence, special education classroom for 11 students. These 11 students have moderate to severe disabilities that include autism, intellectual disabilities, speech and language impairments, and other health impairments. Each student has diverse needs and requires individualized curriculum. Many of my students are non-verbal. They utilize pictures to help communicate throughout the day.

About my class
