When students enter my room, I have 30 minutes to work in small group instruction with sometimes 1-2 students or sometimes my groups have 8-10 students. Having the iPads in my classroom will give my students the opportunity to work in a way where they can't do so at home. Most of my students do not even have access to technology at home.
Having this technology will foster a growth mindset in my classroom and allow my students to learn things and track their own progress!
The 2 iPads will allow my students to work on iReady reading and math, Flocabulary, Phonics, Reflex Math, NewsELA, Scholastic News, and SO much more. My students will have the opportunity to access more with the iPads then ever before. I also want the students to use the iPads to focus on their IEP goals and I will create special content for each student to see their goal progress. The 2 cases I am asking for will help protect the iPads from damage.
