Welcome! I am an Academic Intervention Specialist k-6th grade at an amazing Title I, public school district, elementary school. I strive each and every day for every child to achieve excellence and beyond. I will do what ever it takes to help my students learn! Teaching is my passion. I not only teach my kindergarten through 6th grade reading Intervention students but I also mentor 1st year teachers and support the entire teacher staff with reading and small group mentoring. Brad Henry once said, "A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning." My classroom is at the heart of all students in this way.
