Chromebooks will be used everyday in our math class. Right now the students use a math program called ALEKS and they get on the program once a week. This will help to get the students on more than once a week. This helps out with some of the basic skills they are have difficulty with and develops those skills. Some classes have their own Chormebooks but with your donation this will help us grow to develop our own class set of Chromebooks. This will help the students to access technology and use Google classroom. Students will be able to solve real world math problems, use Google classroom and learn at their own pace. This is called differentiation instruction. This is how special education students learn best at their own pace. Using Chromebooks will help the students better retain and remember what is being taught in the classroom.
