Welcome to our Circle of Learners! We are the 5th graders of E2! GO GATORS! Each morning my 5th graders and I start our day in a circle, facing one another. We share about our outside lives, build relationships, then set a goal to do our best and work together. We pledge to be responsible, respectful, good citizens, and most important, COLLEGE BOUND! We are a title one school, where more than 75% percent of our students receive free and or reduced lunch. I am Mrs. Melo, here to inspire students to become successful life long learners, confident positive individuals, and contributive citizens. Teamwork, resiliency, respect, responsibility, and technology is what puts our 5th grade classroom into drive. I strive to empower each heart and mind to reach their highest potential.
