I teach at a Title 1 school which is a school where most kids are from low poverty families. Many of these students do not have the opportunity to explore technology at school more or less at home. I want to be able to provide them with this opportunity for them to use technology at school. Many of our students do not know how to use a PC. I want my students to have the experience of using technology at school if they can't at home. I want them to be active participants of their learning through the use of technology. I want them to be prepared for the real world. My students are creative and critical thinkers and I want them to be able to apply their skills by being creative with the technology provided. I believe that this will be a great investment and at the same time and a great opportunity for my students to experience the use of technology.
