Our classroom library is full of awesome books. Our daily schedule requires at least two read alouds a day but on some days I can fit in as many as four. I would love to bridge the gap between math and reading by having math read aloud books. It would be a great addition to our learning experience to not only engage in math activities but to see math concepts illustrated. Prekindergarten students love being read to and I would love to be able to expand their exposure of books to include math related content. These books will be a great engagement piece prior to our math instruction.
