Our students are eager learners yearning for a chance to ignite their capabilities. We are a large urban district where students come to school with a vast array of needs often based on their economic struggles. Each year my goal is to guide each and every one of them to their fullest potential. Our diversity mirrors the American culture, and their individual characteristics combine for a setting filled with tremendous opportunities for a shared vision of academic, social and personal achievement. I have the opportunity to start these children off to a positive school experience, which leads towards a future of self belief.
