These materials will make a great impact on my students' learning experience by making printing resources more available "at-hand" in our classroom with the printer. This will especially help us during writing when we are finalizing our final drafts! The headphones will be assigned to students who do not have any so that they can use them to listen to audio on their laptops without disrupting their neighbors. Many students in my classroom do not have the resources to bring their own headphones from home. Students will also be able to listen to stories being read-aloud to them while they read along and this will greatly help my struggling readers!
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, but you will also ultimately help to increase their academic achievement and health. I have included things that we are constantly running out of in our classroom-- paper towels, Lysol wipes (germs!), and a first aid kit to treat the minor incidents in the classroom so students will not miss class time by going to the nurse.
