I have 100 students that come from all different neighborhoods of Philadelphia. 100% of my students receive free lunch, 25% of my students have an Individual Education Plan, and many of my students qualify for ESL services and the numbers are growing because of the influx of students leaving Puerto Rico and joining our school neighborhood.
My classroom is an English and Social Studies classroom. We will be working with Need Indeed to create service learning projects for the students as well.
