I teach mild/moderate special education students at a Title I high school. They have a variety of disabilities that include; autism, emotional disturbance, and processing disorders in the areas of auditory and visual. They are hardworking and truly enjoy learning. I have found one of their best qualities to be their natural curiosity. It amazes me what they would like to know and how much they have yet to learn. There is no typical day in any of my classes; each day is unique.
