My students are a wonderful group of children. They love coming to school each and every day. They work hard in all academic areas. They are struggling learners who put forth a tremendous amount of effort to excel.
They try so hard all day long, and have made such amazing improvements this year and would love to continue to make improvements. They look
forward to school each and every day and every subject is exciting for them.
I teach in a school where almost 90% of my students are living in poverty and are eligible for free or reduced priced lunch. My students range in different levels in reading. Some levels include: on grade level, below grade level, far below level and English Language learners (Emergent Readers). With so many levels in my classroom, I am always thinking of ways to differentiate instruction for all students to succeed in reading
