My students come from many different backgrounds but all share one common goal, to become the best they can be and work hard in school to achieve their goals!
Many of my students have lived in Wheaton, IL their entire life and they families are from the area as well.
As I am also an ELL teacher, some of my students are refugees coming from various other countries around the world. A few of my students receive free & reduced breakfast/lunch. I have some students whose families receive support from the World Relief organization, a group that assist families in resettlement in the U.S.
My students all deserve the best education I and District 200 can provide them. My classroom along with the school are around 50 years old. We have the basics to provide students with an excellent education but there are always other materials and supplies that will benefit these great kids education in Wheaton, IL.
