We are an inner city, Title 1 school. 100% of our students receive free and reduced lunches, and the majority of our students come from poverty. Most of our students do not have resources at home to help them become stronger readers. Students receive the majority of their books from their classrooms and the school library. Our school is full of an incredible staff who works very hard to provide students with what they need to be able to succeed both in school and in life. My goal is to provide all my students with the means and opportunity to grow both academically and socially/emotionally. My hope is that all my students come into school feeling like they have the opportunity to excel and grow each and everyday.
