I have a bright & lively group of fourth graders. In our age of technology, many of my students have not discovered their love for reading. Many of the boys in my class enjoy reading non-fiction and have not yet discovered the joys of reading a great fictional story. I would love to introduce this to them like many of my teachers did for me. In total I have 34 students; 12 girls and 22 boys. They attend a top school in Southern California. Our school is six years old and we have already reached academic success with high test scores and community recognition. Our school is on a year round schedule and we attend school for three months, then have one month off. We start the school year in July and end in June.
