As you may or may not know, third grade is the first year students have to take standardized state testing. Not only is this the first year they must take a major test but they have to do it on a computer! As a third grade teacher, I must teach the students various computer skills and how to be a proficient learner on and off of the computers. To do this we take advantage of various learning programs such as Zearn, XtraMath, Typing Club, Google Read&Write and all other google docs programs. These programs help the students to get used to different skills that will be necessary for the students to know by the end of the school year. Please help our classes technology learning!
