Learning should be as personalized as possible, and in my classroom, small group time is when that personalization happens and it is a valued and cherished time. Currently, students are dragging their chairs to and from our small group area and taking up time that could be spent in small group instruction. The stools would really alleviate this problem, and allow more time for guided, small group instruction to happen. The lamp will help illuminate our document camera's picture so students can better see specific items during a lesson when the document camera is being used. The presentation tool will benefit students as they begin giving presentations to the whole class and focus on their public speaking skills. The industrial strength magnets will help students have hands-on experience during science and math instruction
