Regardless if you pursue a career in marketing, education, medicine, etc. The Radical Leap is a life-changing novel. Offering this content to the students can truly open their eyes to a new perspective on leadership and what it means to be a part of team. The anticipated learning outcome is that students will truly identify where their leadership abilities lie; from there - they can reflect, shape, and grow their skill set. Having this opportunity in a safe, supportive classroom is needed for our students today. Please help me motivate these students to discover their true potential - that they too can become an extreme leader in whatever they do following high school.
