My students are life skills students and require extra prompting to learn what is appropriate and what is not. My job is to help them achieve work experience and skills before they graduate from high school. On top of work skills, I'm responsible for teaching daily living skills such as hygiene, cooking, and budgeting. I have created a lot of the curriculum myself, but I'm always looking for new ways to reach them and make the connections needed for all my students to be as independent as possible.
