I teach 5th-8th grade science to a total of 200 students each week in a high-needs urban community. Each day, students return to my classroom excited about what investigation we will be conducting or continuing. It brings great joy to know that not only are they learning, but they are enthusiastic about putting the scientific method and the Engineering Design Cycle into practice. Our student's are tomorrow's leaders and I'm excited to be a part of that journey.
