What did you want to be when you were a teenager? I have so many 7th, 8th, and 9th graders who want to be artists, but Utah public schools have the lowest per pupil funding in the nation. My students have endured second-rate supplies, but the upper level classes deserve (and have the talent to use) real art supplies to create professional level artwork.
