All of these materials will really help my students succeed, because of their love for hands-on learning. As a first year teacher, I haven't gathered quite as many supplies as I would like to help my little ones learn through play, and help them enjoy school. Really trying to break away from paper and pencil learning, and especially during small groups and centers. The kiddos look forward to center time each day, and with these new additions to their learning, their eyes will light up with joy. From the games to the dry erase markers, all of it will help my students break away from paper and pencil learning, and even allow me to incorporate more fun and engaging things into my whole group lessons. By making the center learning more hands on, (being able to roll dice to form words, or adding on the floor mat) the students can turn their learning into a fun game one way or another, that will provide maximum learning and fun. With items such as the magnets and dough mats, they have something to go off of during creative play and can connect how a certain shape looks like a certain part of an animal, and truly see how. Thank you again for all of your support, it truly means the world to our class!
