I teach Chemistry to students in an urban school located in the heart of a large metropolis on the west coast. My students are filled with energy, curiosity and a desire to gain new experiences. A lot of my students have not had the exposure to real science labs and or experiments at the high school level. While they are interested and fascinated by the concepts, it would be all the more powerful for them to learn through hands-on learning experiences.
