I have an amazing mix of high school students. I teach mostly juniors and seniors in my Astronomy classes. My students are a mixture of the brightest kids in the school who are looking for as many science courses to take as possible, and students who just need one more science course to graduate. What I love about my classes is that every single child is passionate about something and it is my job to find out what that passion is and use it as a learning tool. My students love to get out of the desk and actually see and do science for themselves; this is why I am using this site. I want to not just teach science, but allow them to see it for themselves. In order to do this we need materials for labs and demonstrations so please consider giving.
