Schools everywhere are seeing budget cuts across the board, including the arts. While we are fortunate to still have music classes at our school, our budget has been severely slashed. However, students are eager to learn new things, from piano and beginning to advanced music theory to choir and orchestra. Participation in the arts will help give them confidence in other activities in the future.
