In distance learning - the learning happens best when students and teachers are connected. We are using Canvas for our distance learning, and being able to provide fast feedback on assignments, writing prompts and visual projects is essential to keep students engaged and striving to improve. Whether we are learning about the inventions of cotton gin or steam engine in the Industrial Revolution or new technology of tanks and airplanes in WWI - having an iPad to integrate with Canvas for the fastest feedback possible is necessary. I hope that through active feedback, and delivering realtime sketches, drawings, and map references in in real time media, students will be able to improve in their historical thinking and writing skills and continue to strive to enhance their skills.

About my class
