These materials will allow for my students to thrive academically. Without the basic necessities such as pencils and paper the students are unprepared and that is one more obstacle in their way on the road to academic success. For example, students will be able to complete homework assignments and complete other academic task because they will have the necessary tools. Cold and Flu season has students now approached and it has really affected my students. Students miss instructional time due to having to go to the restroom for tissue. Receiving tissues will eliminate that problem, resulting in students having to miss instructional time.
