Our students come from a school that is one building for all of K-12 with a "Whole school" size of 400. With Farmland surrounding us and the nearest Wal-Mart 35 miles away, we are in need of some help through advancing our technology and opening our students' career and technical horizons. Our kids graduate with around 30 per grade, and every year show more dedication and capabilities with less available to them. Through budget cuts and removal of staff members and options, we are left with a meager staff and little to offer. This year we introduced a FIRST Robotics Team, available through the NASA Grant, and it came to light with major enthusiasm throughout the entire district and community. Our Team was a combination of 2 classes marking 35 students, over 1/5th of our high school! We are hoping to continue that light and make it shine brighter and stronger in the days to come!
