Hello! My name is Seth Warren and I am a teacher at RRHS in Halifax County, North Carolina. I teach in a county where many of my students come from a low SES household and the school is lacking many of the necessities students need to gain 21st Century skills. Writing, reading, and reading-comprehension is also a big problem in our school and in my classroom I teach history through literacy where my students interact with various texts to draw a conclusion about a person, time period, or event in history. By donating to either of the projects, you would be helping students who come from disadvantaged backgrounds come into contact with new technology and texts that they would not have access to without your contributions. Any donation, regardless of size, is greatly appreciated it and I know it means more to my students than you will ever know.
