I have up to 37 students in my classroom depending on the subject. All of them want to get their hands dirty during the science experiments. They want to make sure that they can show their math skills on the board.
We focus on how education is not a race between the students, but how learning is a competition against ones self. Students know that the challenges and difficulties of becoming more educated can only be overcome by constant effort. So we focus on being our best selves everyday.
