We are a Title I school with students coming from a high poverty and low income background. The students in the building work hard and strive to be their very best, even when faced with adverse and harsh living conditions. They still maintain a positive attitude and will go out of their way to look our for their peers, regardless of their creed, color, or ethnicity. The Senior class is looking toward their future, many of them going to 2 or 4 year post secondary institutions, or joining the workforce immediately upon receiving their diploma in June. All 300 of them work together toward the common goal of being united as a Senior class.
