My students this year are the greatest and I have promised them I will do whatever I can to get them the tools they need to have the best year of their education. The 6th grade is one of the most important and difficult years in a child's life. Having older students makes it difficult to give all the kids the attention they need to learn and grow. Our community is small but tightly knit. We value our culture and traditions while we learn about the world around us and how we can contribute. The students in my class have big hearts and want the brains to match. We are grateful for a program like donorschoose.org that allows our community and our country to be able to contribute to our students and to help further their education. The more resources and technology we are able to use in the classroom, the more options our students will have when they choose a career.
