I'm going to be direct. Online distance learning is really hard. Not only are there technological issues, but the dog is barking nearby, the neighbors are cutting their grass, the sibling is yelling in the distance, the microphone cuts in and out and certain parents hover over their children's shoulder. Students will be able to listen to all the lessons without the added distractions. They can filter out all environmental noises, thus improving the learning process.
Headphones stops distractions and allows them to hear lessons with clarity while keeping unwanted noises out.
