With these new percussion instruments, my students will be able to play nonstop with the rest of the band instead of having to wait their turn to play music. When the kids dont have instruments to play on, it causes some of them to lose focus when teaching is going on in class. Sometimes, the kids are discouraged, and they often times do not come to practice, because there arent enough drums, or the drums that are there are not in good playing condition. By having more, newer equipment, the kids will have more enthusiasm and excitement about playing music.
