Creating interactive math notebooks (IMN) allow students to have ownership of what they are learning in the classroom. Students will also have the opportunity to express their creativity in math class! Instead of using a textbook, students will be creating a personal resource to use for math class.
Students with different learning styles will be more engaged when creating their IMN. The products selected will help students create their IMNs. Student will be able to use the scissors to cut out the different inserts and tabs for the IMN. The glue sticks will be used by students to glue the inserts and tabs into their IMN. Students will not have to worry about purchasing these supplies for class.
Many students continue to use their IMNs they created for other math classes. The IMN is a resource that many students find helpful when working on Algebra skills in higher level math classes.
