I teach at a high school where most of our students are first or second-generation immigrants. Several students have had gaps in their education, and others identify their hometown as the refugee camp from which they came. I'm not going to lie, some days are difficult, but I don't want to give up on them. I am constantly seeking new ways to provide a first-rate, quality and rigorous education. We have a lot of catching up to do! I appreciate your willingness to help me help them.
