As an early intervention specialist/teacher, I have the students that are on the lower end of the academic scale in the beginning of the fiscal school year. Nevertheless, with much enthusiasm, my students always score at the top of their grade level by mid year as well as the end of the year. My students are happy, innovative and very enthusiastic about learning. They are full of energy and love asking questions. My school is located south west of the city. It is one whose demographics or sociol-economics is majority minority in one of the poorest zip codes of its city.
