All of my students have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or are identified with some level of exceptionality, whether it be a specific learning disability, other health impairment, or autism spectrum disorder. I implement a general education curriculum and instructional style to promote inclusion and high expectations, while differentiating instruction and providing the necessary accommodations and supports tailored to each student's unique needs. My approach fosters both academic growth and independence, while ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities in a supportive and structured environment.
