As society moves towards a heavier technology-based lifestyle, I want to be able to adapt to my students' interests to engage their learning. We will be using the iPads to engage in iReady personalized lessons, where student success rates per lessons will be charted, celebrated, and rewarded. We will also use the iPads to document our cooperative learning to showcase to parents the current classroom activities. I would also like to take this opportunity to allow students to record themselves explaining a certain skill or problem and become teachers/coaches so that they can train other students into mastery of that skill as well. Many fellow students have shown interest in vlogging and becoming YouTubers, so creating this outlet to share with parents via ClassDojo or other means would be something of interest for sure. I would also allow parents access to these videos to provide communication and support for distant learning.
