These flower tables will be a huge benefit to our everyday learning. They are designed to allow 6 students to sit at the same table. This will allow them to have easier group discussions, then move quickly and quietly to independent work. Every first grader feels they have their own space at the table and are able to stay in their own area.Students will not be in each others space and need to ask me for help about having no room to work. When we are doing group work or just class discussions, the flower tables will be a fast resource for them to work at as a group. This will help cut out wasted time in our day and help our transitions run smoothly. With the resources at their hands, they will be more independent, responsible, and dedicated learners.
