I love what I do! I get to work with students who are learning English as a second language. By working for the New York City Public School System, I meet students from very diverse backgrounds. Unfortunately, the parents cannot afford to buy their children materials to promote their interests in reading and mathematics. In my school, students come from families of very low socioeconomic status. My students are very eager to learn all that they can and deserve the opportunity to do so. The needs of all of my students vary and can be greatly benefited from your help. We appreciate everything we receive for a brighter future of learning.
