This year, we are teaching Connections, OG in 3D. This means that all students will be learning all about letters, sounds and how to read based on a program that was designed for dyslexic students. All students will be able to learn using this approach. I am excited that the students will be able to use their senses while learning to read. All of these objects will be used daily in our reading lessons. Using the teaching tub objects they will be able to see and feel the letters and sounds that we are working on. Using specific colors of crayons and markers will help them to determine vowels and consonants during their writing making it easier to stick in their mind.

About my class
