I entered the teaching profession because I believe all students are entitled to a high quality education that allows them to reach their maximum potential in life. I teach 5th grade science and social studies in a middle school that believes in setting high standards for achievement to put them on the path to college. My mission is to create engaging, relevant, and practical lessons that allow my students to cultivate the skills and knowledge they need to be 21st century learners.
