I am gratefully to serve an eclectic and energetic group of 3rd grade leaders of tomorrow in the Englewood area of Chicago. Englewood is an area that has been rocketed by crime and low economic hardships. Yet, they are tenacious about learning and being creative and productive citizens. This year this group of DEEP DIVERS will utilize their skills as lifelong learners in an ocean and sea themed classroom. Students will learn about ocean life, tsunamis, seashore ecology experience aquatic opportunities through field trips to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago.

About my class
