My new students are lovely, curious, and ready to learn kindergartners that come from lovely families. Due to life's circumstances, some don't have the opportunity to listen to good books. My goal for this new years project, using literacy to encourage kindness and positive self-esteem, is to cause my kindergarten students to fall in love with books as they hear positive messages. I believe in the power of influence that books have in our heart and the books on my list will definitely encourage the kids.

About my class
